At western end, the correct route is not as UCR on OS Map.

Route starts just N of pumping station, and fords the stream arcing NE, then E around top corner of woodland. After gate, the Eastern section is an uphill, defined grass track through fields.
The gate is difficult to open and has a sign saying”No Vehicles”

generally good but with some rutted sections caused by agri vehicles

Both ends rutted and soft in wet weather.
Fast flowing and quite wide ford at west end.
Sensitivity: Local Environment
Both ends of route are used by agri-vehicles and for stock feeding and can be wet and rutted. The centra section is an uphill gradient from west to east and at time of survey shows little sign of agri or recreational vehicle use.
